The Eden Formula also known as Tyrannosaurus Wrecks or unofficially as Carnosaur 5, is a 2006 low budget made-for-TV film written and directed by John Carl Buechler for SyFy. The film uses footage from Carnosaur.

In the industrial district of downtown Los Angeles, Dr.Harrison Parker has developed the Eden Formula. "This new, revolutionary, cutting-edge technology can synthetically reproduce virtually any organism. And it does!

  • Jeff Fahey as Dr. Harrison Parker
  • Dee Wallace as Rhonda Shapton
  • Tony Todd as James Radcliffe
  • Alexandra Ford as Rebecca Winters
  • Stephen Wastell as Eddie
  • Miranda Kwok as Kate Lo

The reviews were mostly negative, due to a poorly- written and boring plot as well as allowing the dinosaur little screen time and primitive puppetry effects. It has a rating of 3,1/10 on IMDb and currently holds 6% rating on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes.
